Come and join us for a delicious Korean BBQ style dinner at Market City, China Town.
Korean barbecue, or gogi-gu-i (meat roast is a popular method of serving meat in Korean cuisine. The dishes are prepared on gas or charcoal grills built into the dining table itself. Some Korean restaurants that do not have built-in grills provide customers with portable stoves for diners to use at their tables. Alternatively, a chef uses a centrally displayed grill to prepare dishes to order.
A popular form of gogi-gu-i is bulgogi, which is made of thinly sliced marinated beef sirloin or tenderloin. Another popular form is galbi, made from marinated beef short ribs.
We will be ordering from one of three set banquet menu. Cost per person will vary between $27 and $35 (drinks extra) depending on the banquet type chosen. The meat is accompanied by a great assortment of vegetable dishes including seasoned soybean sprouts, seasoned spinach, spicy cucumber salad, stir-fried zucchini, steam eggplants, seasoned bean sprouts, stir-fried cucumbers and more.
