Happy Hour Drinks at Darling Harbour
Summer is here, and Christmas is around the corner, so on this festive note, let's together this FRIDAY at Protected content for some well earned drinks.
The venue boasts a great range of cocktails including bloody delicious, endless summer, rude Barbara, and my favourite, 'The Zombie', which is a mix of Bacardi Blanco, Bacardi Oro, Bacardi 8, green fairy absinthe, grenadine, falernum, and lime.
They also offer a variety of finger food including crispy prawn twisters, beef & bacon burger, mushroom arancini, and crumbled calamari. For those on a budget and willing to get a shared plate for 4, then for $58 you can get the 'Bar Board' which includes garlic bread, spring rolls, crumbled calamari, buffalo wings, arancini, chips, and sauces.
