Ready to Join?

Inviting health and fitness enthusiasts to join us for a morning of dragon boat paddling (water sport) Protected content . It is a whole body workout which can improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, stamina and coordination and is open to all fitness levels.

What to bring?
Extra clothes for changing, water for hydration, sunsreen, caps and sunglasses.
Paddles and floating devices/life jackets will be provided. Please wear dri-fit shirt, shorts for men and leggings for women).

Actual participants in this activity will have the chance to join the "Paddling to Safliya Island" happening on June 17th.
