Booty Camp :)
40min of exercising together to keep our health and mood up, including the warm up and cool down.
We will do each exercise for 30sec, with 30sec breaks in-between each set.
Equipment needed: just yourself and a huge smile to cheer up one another :))
Useful tips: water bottle, a mat, clean comfy shoes, stretchy outfit to sweat in, a 3x3m space at least and...that's it!
I have been rotating between these exercises ever since the gyms are closed and trust me when I say you won't feel like you've worked out for nothing, ahah!
