Hey guys!
I am flattered to be able to offer this high-energy activity again, which I was invited to do for the first time when I lived in Denver. We had so much fun together then, I hope y’all enjoy it as well!

“Paula is an international certified group fitness motivator and Rhythmic Cycle instructor! She is passionate about Indoor Cycling, which she practiced for more than 20 years in different countries. If you have a stationary bike you will train, climb, sprint and dance with her on the pedals. Feel free to join us with whatever equipment you like to workout, treadmills, elliptical, etc. Anything is required, though.

Just join us to dance to the incredible music and extraordinary instruction! Whatever your fitness level is, Paula got you covered with her rhythmic arm workouts! If you want to add some resistance to your movements, pick up some stretch bands, small weights (or whatever you have at home, cans, bottles of water, your gallons of hand sanitizer), and move your body! Fun workout, but don't get me wrong, you are still burning lots of calories!
