Nature makes you more stronger, healthier, smarter, happier and more productive. Research reveals that environments can increase or reduce our stress, which in turn impacts our bodies. What you are seeing, hearing, experiencing at any moment is changing not only your mood, but how your nervous, endocrine, and immune systems are working. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.

It is time to see flowers. Spring is coming. Weather is almost 14 degree. Lets hike!... There is no snow. It is medium level hike. We will see fossil trees around.
We will drive to Bolu almost 170km from Ankara by bus. Event starts at 7.30am at first bus stop.

You should take drinking water and snacks for yourself. You need a good pair of shoes. Please dont hesitate to ask anything about it before the events.
