As we all get ready to celebrate the festival of lights, let us look back on the year gone by..
While most of us learnt to make the most of what was available and innovate newer recipes for family, someone... somewhere.. was fighting to survive and just provide a roof over their heads and a simple meal for his/her family.
This year, let's make this festival special for them.
Share what you can, wherever you are and spread the light to brighten someone's day.
It could be something as simple as donating sweets, clothes your children or you have outgrown, books or toys.
Let's get together and make this festive season special for the people who are not as fortunate as we have been.
