Chef Enzo is an Italian celebrity chef born in Palermo in the region of Sicily. He moved to England in Protected content is known as "The Sicilian Chef".
Representing the Federation of Italian Chefs [FIC] in the United Kingdom, chef Oliveri is on the board on the International Hospitality Council [IHC] and is Judge of the Italian National Young Chefs Awards and Young Chef Olympiad [YCO] in India. Chef Oliveri has also worked with several Italian companies and brands including "Fratelli La Bufala". He operates and consults with many restaurants and it teaches the art of Italian food cooking in food and hospitality establishments across London.
Chef Oliveri has featured in many TV programs including Channel 4's "Kitchen Impossible" with Chef Michel Roux Jr and Aldo Zilli including Gordon Ramsey's the F Word and "Go Octopus Hunting in Sicily". He has also worked with Paul Hollywood for City Bakers on the Food Network channel and has cooked for a number of Hollywood actors, celebrities and socialites. He is now chef patron of "Enzo’s Kitchen" in Piccadilly.
In collaboration with NC Supper Clubs chef Oliveri has put together this special 5-course tasting menu exclusively for this event.
"NC Supper Clubs" was founded in June Protected content entrepreneur Nesan Thirunesan nicknamed the "Supper Club King" and was recently nominated at London's best Pop Up/Residency for "Foodism 100". Nesan's creativity plus incredible diverse cuisines and food from famous celebrity chefs and cookbook authors etc is whats pulling diners back time and time again for a dining experience you won't find anywhere else. His more recent supper club and lunch events with former Master Chef contestants etc have been highly applauded and is very popular within the London supper clubs food scene.

(Stuffed cuts of chicken breasts with chef Oliveri's secret recipe)
From Lord Horace Nelson's dukedom in Sicily, a crop of the most renowned pistachio in the world mixed with caciocavallo cheese to stuff the chicken rolls.
Watermelon jelly with a scent of jasmine, pannacotta topped with wild fruit cooli, pistachio semifreddo to recreate the Italian flag palette
Guests will be served with a complimentary glass of Prosecco.
