Happy New Year! Let’s make it a great year for you and your health. I am going to tell you something that make shock you, but I hope it empowers you: I am convinced that what we usually consider to be “normal and inevitable” aging is neither normal nor inevitable, and that if we observe the learnings from biohacking, we can avoid aging and sickness and even reverse them.
This is the second module in a series of events on Biohacking. Biohacking is about improving overall health and the human organism in a coordinated effort that includes optimizing sleep, nutrition, sports, supplements, and wellbeing – physically and mentally.
