This is a very scenic hike encompassing amazing countryside views. We'll visit one of England's largest Polo clubs, pass the ruins of a magnificent Tudor House and walk through farms and woodlands


Enchanted Woodlands and Forests

Cowdray Park Polo Club (One of England's largest and most well known Polo Grounds)

Plethora of idyllic countryside lanes and villages and farms

Cowdray House - The ruins of one of England's great Tudor houses and architecturally comparable to many of the great palaces of that time

The walk will be in 2 parts

PART 1: Woodland Approx 6 miles

Walk from Haslemere to Fernhurst. We'll meander our way through woodlands, and see a rich spread of fauna. Criss crossing forests, woodlands and some of the best countryside scenery that Hampshire has to offer

PART 2: Protected content . Walk from Fernhurst to Midhurst.

We'll continue our walk and eventually end up at Cowdray Park and the magnificent ruins of Cowdray House. After the walk if we have time we will have afternoon tea at a well known tea shop in Midhurst.

PART 3: Bus trip: Midhurst to Haslemere

After tea we will get the bus back to Haslemere. Cost of Bus trip is £4 and takes 18 minutes to get back to Protected content .

Bring a packed lunch and plenty of water and good walking / hiking shoes

Catch the 10.00am from London Waterloo, gets into Haslemere at 11.06am (CHECK TIMES YOURSELF). Once we know how many are coming you can communicate with each other and organise a group saver ticket

Walk start time: 11.15am

Walk ends between 4.30pm and 5.00pm
