Discover an introduction to the basics of the 5 Elements and Doshas (body constitution) in Ayurveda, the science of life, and how to understand, apply and balance them in your daily life, in business and in order to achieve your goals more sustainably and healthily.
We explore those timeless and valuable principles through our bodies and minds in an accessible physical Hatha Yoga session, followed by an element-balancing meditation.
