Yin & Gravity Yoga Session

Our monthly free Yoga session - this time in a passive version, to relax into your weekend!
Being passive, releasing control and being completely still in your mind and body is just as challenging as a strengthening, dynamic and active class.
This class is a mix of targeted flexibility training and softer Yin. It is deeply nourishing and healing for your nervous system and subconscious mind.
Using gravity and specific breathing techniques, we will do long holds to stretch and lengthen the muscles and our connective tissues - releasing and enhancing the fluid fascial network that lives between each cell in your body.
What you will need: two bolsters or block/cushions, and a strap/band/scarf.
Prepare a nice space for yourself, maybe with a candle or nice light.
Important: PLEASE COME ON TIME and turn your camera on for safety reasons and to connect with me and together as a group.
Give yourself time and COMMIT to take the whole class.
