French-Laundry alumni Chefs Jason & Tyler are cooking live and WE can be a part of this amazing hands-on, interactive class from the comfort of our own kitchen! They will show us exactly how to make the perfect risotto and navigate the world of fine truffles as we go!

- 1 Yellow Onion
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Canaroli Rice
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 4 Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 T Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup. Parmesean Cheese
- Champagne vinegar
- Balinese Truffle Salt
- Fresh Truffles
We may have to shop/google around for other alternatives for the risotto kit and champagne vinegar.
