LADIES, let’s meet online Thursdays for Tai Chi Workshops! Learn how to build strength and flexibility whilst reconnecting with your mind, body & spirit with this weekly FREE Tai Chi Movements for women live on Zoom! SPACE FOR ONLY 4 WORKSHOPS STILL OPEN! Best to register for all 4 to keep your space!!

The workshops offer a space to learn and explore the sequence within ourselves, combining movement, stillness and flow, helping us into a more calm and balanced state of being. We will also practice seated relaxation and mindfulness in every session to deepen our experience of self-awareness.

Please wear loose-fitting clothes to enable you to move freely.
