Stay Fit@Home! - Pilates Workout FOR ALL with BASI Teacher
During the Lockdown we may have tendencies to eat more & move less. So it’s important to exercise and burn the extra calories! We will jointly move for 60 mins via an online live Zoom CLASS FOR EVERYONE. All we need is a mat, space and good energy. Pilates mat workout is a "whole body workout" we use gravity and our own body weight to build strength and stretch our bodies.
In one session, all joints and muscle groups are included. Two of the most important Pilates principles are awareness and concentration. Pilates creates a connection of body and mind.
With Pilates, you can focus on:
- An optimal body posture
- Prevention of injuries that might occur in your everyday life or during sports
- Strengthening your body after suffering from injuries
- Training abdominal muscles, back muscles and the pelvic floor.

The class is donation based. There are times when we can give more and times, when we can give less. That´s totally ok. Please decide for yourself, how much the class is worth to you. I (your trainer, Carola Weber) would usually get between Protected content / per person.
