Great class combining specially DJ’d music and body weight conditioning. Suitable for those already physically active. STRONG is part of the Zumba family but don’t get it twisted there is NO DANCING‼ Old school and new school moves to make you push your limits. We will be going from standing to floor a lot so there is a lot of physical exertion, as well as some abs work. You will need a towel a drink and a mat or rug.
