Chef Vijay Sadhu is a global cuisine expert and is known for his big, bold flavours. He brings his unique philosophy to the food world marrying well balanced flavours on the plate to let seasonal, local ingredients shine. He is experienced in cooking regional American, Indian, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, and Mediterranean cuisines.
Vijay’s is a Heartfulness Practitioner & Trainer ( Protected content ). He focuses on a holistic way of cooking with mindful attitude, and creates food for physical, mental & spiritual well-being in a meditative way.
