Yoga and Panchkosha Meditation - Online
Imagine complete peace of mind and body. Your breath accompanies the flowing movement in the posture, and the mind follows the movements of the body and breath. There is peace and the time, no matter how long or short, seems like a gift to yourself.
What is Panchkosha Meditation?
Ancient sages have explored the depths of our being, and given us the knowledge of the Pancha Kosha (five sheaths), that addresses every level of a human being.
- Food sheath (Annamaya Kosha)
- Breath sheath (Pranamaya Kosha)
- Mind Sheath (Manomaya Kosha)
- Intellect sheath (Vijnyanamaya Kosha)
- Bliss Sheath (Anandamaya Kosha)
In this session we will meditate on each of these layers along with some nice stretchings and breathing exercises.
