And I know, in reality doing the first step to achieving dreams doesn’t always come easily. Usually, we tend to delay our ideas for our new year’s resolution and hope for the best.

That’s why we get together to inspire and support each other in creating habits that stick!
And you can be proud of yourself because YOU took action!

To help you find more clarity and motivation, we will cover some questions as guidance:

- What habits do you want to change or add new?
- What makes changing your habit difficult?
- What simple steps can you do to better stick to your habits?
- What habits have you already implemented, and how did it change your life?
