Energising Ecstatic Sunday Dance – Children are also welcome!

Boost your productivity and creativity for the week with an energising Sunday dance! You can come alone or with your partner, friends or family. – No experience is needed. No steps to learn or remember.

Ecstatic Dance Church is an intergenerational spiritual practice in ritual dance.👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 Everyone is welcome regardless of age, race, gender or creed. – We meet every Sunday at 9:30, and begin with a 30 min. warm-up session to get our body ready for our ecstatic dance journey.

10:00 there’s a short introduction followed by a 90 min. ritual dance to varied music mix: pop, world, electronica, alternative & punk, hip-hop, new age and others.

Ecstatic Dance is about letting ourself go and allowing our body to dance, without performing – totally free from our habitual dancing groove. – We dance alone, to have our own unique and individual dance journey, and also with anyone on the dance floor who signals a willingness to make us a part of their journey. – Every dance is an opportunity for a new adventure, and a chance to encounter new and old friends.💃🕺💃🕺
