Last Outdoor yoga and acrobatic class
Now that we are able to go out again lets meet in physical for a yoga workshop focused on developing our acrobatic skills. You've always wanted to learn how to balance on your hands or correct your alignments? Come and try this class might be very useful. It is a powerful yoga maybe challenging for beginners but you are all welcome. You will build up your strength, your flexibility, your mental power, your balance through yoga exercises which offer different variations according to your level. Then you will work on evolutive figures: from basic rolls, headstands, bridges, handstands... According to your level the instructor will give you different variations of the move and different exercises you can work on to improve.
Bring a yoga mat and relaxed outfit and make sure to keep in mind the social distancing. No physical contact and using hand sanitizers before and after the class. Remember it s always better to eat after or have something light before to have a nice feeling in your body ;).
