Mindfulness sharing circle - Handle external negative energy
Yesterday was the first time ever in my life that I encountered such a negative energy that I was overwhelmed.
I kept thinking to myself how can a human being be so mean and rude to an almost stranger even though I have not done/said anything harmful to that person.
So I come back to the place that I always come back to when I encounter something difficult: Mindful practice. And then I talked my best friend. She was the one that introduced me to mindful practices and taught me simple practices that have helped me tremendously.
Then I found my peace again and feel blessed that I have never needed to put someone down just so I feel better about myself.
So I asked her to do a sharing circle, maybe someone else can be helped just like I did.
Only 4 participants are possible max so please only register when you can commit.
This is contribution based event and all the donations will be sent to Plum village- a monastery that teach people mindfulness. Please get in touch with me through message if you want to join and/or contribute and I can send you more information.
