Learn to control your Thoughts, Feelings, Body: Shaolin Kungfu

Learn to control your thoughts, feelings and body and learn self defense to protect you. It is for anyone who wants to start Kungfu or just learn about Kungfu. No previous experience is required.
Note: Minimum is 4 participants to teach a class so you will get a notification before class if the class takes place or not. If you register a class and the class is delayed because there is not enough participant, you can join the following class.
About the trainer:
The trainer is master Jan. Trained in Shaolin Kung since 8 Years now. Studied by two Masters the southern and northern Wushu-Style of Shaolin.
First we will have a warm up, stretching, then the Basic Movements, Qi Gong, then learning Shaolin Forms and to the End we will have Meditation with Mind and feelings control practice in a circle, after that i will give you a short coaching of Shaolin Philosophy and Life Coaching on every training. You will reach more Selfcontrol of your Life and how to react correctly in difficult life Situations with a Smile :). Be optimistic, enjoy your Life with your Smile and Master your own way!
