A transforming approach to Mindfulness

Our health and fitness is arguably the most important aspect to our lives. It is critical to anyone searching for a sense of well-being. So why not invest a little time and effort to improve it?
Guest speaker John Liengley
John will be explaining how the foundations of Mindfulness practice of: non-judging, acceptance, non-striving and non-attachment has the potential for us to live happier, less stressful and more meaningful lives. Developing awareness to our thoughts, emotions and body sensations can support us to be non-reactive and more responsive to internal and external situations, with the potential of freeing ourselves from the “prisons” of our mind to allow ourselves to grow and develop. Living in the present moment rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future can transform how we live our lives enabling us to develop peace and happiness.
We will be doing meditations during the webinar and it will be interactive with opportunities to ask questions and seek clarification on any of the content that is presented.
John has had more that 20 years experience working in the health and fitness industry.
