Midweek Yoga Session: Recharge and Keep Going!
We'll practice a balanced, whole body yoga sequence to release mental and physical tension in a relaxed way, helping to restore the natural flow of energy. Yin and Yang yoga styles will be introduced and practiced.
The most beneficial breath, stretch, and movement happen when we are connected to and aware of our breath and bodily sensations, with the mind fully present in the here and now. Yoga practice is a practice of mindfulness, which we can then carry into our daily activities.
A short meditation towards the end of the session will induce more peacefulness and connectedness.
We'll finish the practice with the final relaxation - Savasana.
You'll need a yoga mat, stretchy clothes, and a small blanket.
By joining the class, you are solely responsible for your practice and how it affects you. You agree to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
Keep your camera on, at least at the beginning.
Regular yoga sessions, including breathing techniques and meditation, will help you feel stronger in body and mind, more peaceful, and provide the perfect foundation for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
