Mentoring Startuppers: Venture Capital Fund Financing
Why (and when) a startupper should knock at a Corporate Venture Fund's door to raise money? How many chances a startupper has to be successful when liaising with a Corporate Venture Fund?
In this event our Gregorio Salatino will reply to these questions.
Gregorio will explain how incubators / accelerators /Corporate Venture Funds "reason" in order to decide if it is worth financing a project; he will examine certain "common" situations that usually happen in the relationships between startuppers and Corporate Venture Funds; then he will focus on certain clauses included in Term Sheets that Corporate Venture Funds want that the startuppers execute; and, in the end, he will also provide insights for a balanced governance of the Startup once the Corporate Venture Fund has "stepped into".
In a nutshell, Gregorio will give some valuable tips that he has learned during his experience in the field.
They say that Corporate Venture Capital is the future, the way our world will recover after this Covid crisis.
If you are a startupper (or someone who works in the field of Corporate Venture Capital) you should not miss this event. If you are not a startupper but you are anyway interested in this topic, please don't be shy, Gregorio's speech will be plain, we are sure that everyone will be able to follow and understand.
The conference will be held in English language.
