30 min Chair Yoga - All Ages and Levels
This 30 min Online class is accessible for all ages and levels. We focus on the health of our spine, our body in general and our mind.
We will do simple yet effective exercises for spine health and practice some breathwork.
For this class please grab a chair, a yoga block (or a stack of books) and a strap (any belt or a scarf will work).
