Complex Problem Framing:
In the current business landscape, problems are increasingly more complex, and that makes it more difficult to clearly articulate and define them.
When there is ambiguity and the right answer is not obvious, framing helps to structure the thinking about a problem.
To navigate through complexity of business, we need a different mindset than business as usual, we need to change our perspective on how we go about tackling challenges.
How do we effectively stop focusing and solving the symptoms and get to the cause of the problem ? We need to start with understanding what the real problem is and why it needs solving to achieve meaningful outcomes.
