Let’s Talk Wine! – Private Wine Tasting & Raclette Party in Belp

Special request from members who attended the Champagne & Sparkling Wine activity: "Kick start our New Year group actvities with a private wine tasting & raclette party". – So shop for your favourite fondue cheese & wine to pair, and jump on the train to Belp! – Please post what your bringing so that each person brings a different wine and cheesefor tasting. – TO AVOID NO SHOWS, AND TO HARMONISE THE GUEST, I MUST REGRETABLY LIMIT THIS INVITATION TO RELIABLE ALBATROSS MEMBERS WHO HAVE ATTENDED MY WINE TASTING OR PRIVATE GROUP ACTIVITIES.

We'll start the evening with wine tasting. – Each person presents their wine and talk about the taste and the reason why it pairs well with their favourite raclette cheese.

PLEASE BRING:
- wine to taste & pair with raclette
- portion of your favourite raclette to taste
- ingredients to add to raclette or to table grill (tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, cured meat, bacon...)
- dessert that pairs with raclette (optional).
