Let’s Gather for Karate (Meeting 32)
NOW IN PRESENCE!!!
LEARNING KARATE IS A LIFETIME PROCESS.
Values, patience, perseverance and discipline are some of their fundamental keys.
Everyone is welcome, even if never done Karate-Do.
Come with comfortable clothes!!!
Our meetings are usually structured as follows:
We start this meeting with workout.
Then we do basic and advanced techniques, as well a KATA, all based on, and explained from, the KARATE BIOMECHANICS.
Then we finish with relaxation exersises.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER (rain or extreme cold/heat), THE MEETING WILL BE RESCHEDULLED
