Ready to Join?

Welcome to our second session of workout exercises from the comfort of your home.
Health and fitness are more than the way you look, the food you eat, or the weight you lift at the gym.
They are about the following stated below:
1. The way you feel,
2. Your quality of life,
3. The focus you have at work
4. Your ability to move.
5. Your psychological state.

When you are truly healthy, you are in a better mood and can physically do more.

Our activity host
Nikolas Mallek will be supporting us with easy and practical fitness-related activities which will last for an hour as detailed below:
10 minutes for warming
40 minutes of exercises
10 minutes of meditation
No equipment is required besides a chair, water, your good and happy mood.
