Ready to Join?

Start your Monday in a positive state, and learn to stay in the flow for the rest of the week.

Stress and unpleasant emotions are addictive and contagious. Because our survival instincts have us wired to spot danger, we have a predisposition to notice what can possibly go wrong ahead of what can possibly go right. So yes, we're wired for negativity.

To overcome this tendency we should be focusing on the positive not just twice but at least 3 times as much !

Not so easy in Protected content , you would agree? The chances of a good news coming from your radio, TV or newspaper, that would get you into a positive state of mind, are pretty slim. So we need to take charge and make it happen ourselves. That's DIY positivity.

I'm inviting you to a 30 minutes practice, so help you reach a state of inner coherence.
Coherence is an optimal measurable state where your mind, heart and emotions are in sync, allowing your brain to work optimally and your body to recuperate.

I will talk you through how to achieve and maintain this state of coherence for 20 to 30 minutes. The technique is simple and your mission, if you'll accept it, will be to use it again throughout the week to stay coherent, or as we say, in the zone!
