How to deal with stress in these crazy times?

As if modern life as we knew it wasn't stressful enough, the pressure of the current crisis is a "sherry on the cake" that is really tough to digest.
We can’t wait for external circumstances to "make us feel good", so balancing our mental and emotional health is now more than ever a responsibility we have to take: we just need to know how.

Over 2 evenings you will learn how to self regulate your stress and emotions, so you can give yourself a chance to navigate these crazy arsed times with as much ease as possible.

Day 1 – Tuesday Oct 20th
We will focus on the basics of stress and how to control it:
- What really happens when we let stress creep in: its impact not only on our health but on our capacity to deal optimally with challenging situations.
- How to regulate our biological response and stop the effects of stress in their tracks.

Day Protected content Oct 22nd
We will dwell deeper on the link between stress and our emotions & behaviours, its impact on our performance and relationships and how to rewire ourselves. See the event for more details.

Day 2 builds on day 1, to maximise your understanding please do your best to attend both.
