Have you ever paid attention to how your body is communicating to others?
Or have you tried to analyze if your clients mean what they say?

Non-verbal communication is an essential part of our communication. Our bodies
never shut up, even when we want them to.

In business, the ability to read body language can give you an unfair advantage. You
may not know what is on your client’s mind, but you can detect the inconsistencies
between their words and intentions. You can then probe deeper and get more answers.

Sometimes failing to observe a subtle movement of your client can cause the client to
feel uncomfortable and results in a loss in business. And sometimes, when you do
business presentations and want to project confidence, your body may betray you.

Understanding how our bodies send out signals can help us enjoy better, smoother,
and more efficient communications with others.
