10 Weeks Challenge - Empowerment Through Walk and Meditation

We invite you for a 10 weeks challenge: Sat. 12.12. Protected content . 13.02.2021.
We meet every Saturday at 8.00 am and make an easy walk to the beautiful Għadira Bay with a stop there for a short guided meditation.
Prior to the challenge please do this:
To keep track of your success, please, write down the goals that you would like to achieve in these 10 weeks.
Not exclusively goals related to health: you can set goals related to anything in your life, like to find a new job, to earn more money, to spend more time with your family, to lose weight, to find a partner, to quit smoking, etc.
Please, write in the present and be specific.
DO NOT WRITE: I want to lose some weight.
BUT INSTEAD: I lose in these 10 weeks e.g. 3 kg.
In the end, you will be able to compare results with the goals you set.
