This evening you can hear Lubitza talk about how meditation and human development are connected. How meditation can help you enrich all aspects of your life. You will get information about Transcendental Meditation (TM), which is a simple technique for deep rest and development of consciousness and your personality in. If your consciousness is awake, lit and alive, your thoughts will be clearer, your feelings more harmonious and integrated, and your activities constructive and life-enhancing.

Within twenty minutes TM brings the body to an extraordinary deep rest, which dissolves deeply rooted tensions. Old patterns and old fatigue are replaced by renewed energy and feelings of respect for life.
You will also hear about how to learn TM. There will be time for questions and discussion, as well as tea and some sweets.
