Yoga is often misunderstood or misused by several so called yogi. Anyone can be a teacher as long as we chose that person to guide us, which doesn't mean that person has practiced all of the teachings or is living a yogic life. Yoga often gets misunderstood by both teachers and practitioners.
Every year we hear new fancy name of yoga and some of they also get very popular like bikram, hot yoga etc.

Also not each yoga is suitable for everybody. Everybody is different and has unique body type (dosha) and nature (prakriti). So some kind of yoga which is beneficial for other, might be harmful for you in long term. Also many thinks that yoga is just an aerobic exercise, without thinking that how it is harmonizing our elemental body, mind and spirit.

Likewise Pranayama breathing technique is even more misunderstood. We just breathe randomly and don't know for which scenario we need to start breathing from which nose (left/right). This may leads to imbalance of all Protected content channels.
