Ready to Join?

Welcome to our Workout exercises at home. It will last one hour: 10 minutes for warm-up, 40 minutes of exercises, and 10 minutes of Meditation. No equipment is needed besides a chair, your good, and happy mood. We're going to have a nice time together.
