Launch of our book club : meet, greet, plan and ... read !

Dear friends,

Following the big success of my previous book clubs worldwide, I am eager to gather all book lovers here in Guangzhou as well.

We would aim to read one book per month and gather to discuss not only the book itself but also more in general the themes that are part of it.
If the book has been turned into a movie, we could also watch the DVD together in an added gathering and compare both versions.

Titles can be proposed and voted for by all members. Both fiction and non fiction are welcome, as long as there is a link with China and the book exists in an English version.

So.. if you enjoy reading and socializing around a jointly read book and if you would love to discover books and authors that you might have never thought of yourself... then this book club is the perfect place for you !
