Finland in November means months of darkness ahead and the resulting depression, right? Think again. Finns are officially the happiest people in the world, according to the United Nations. So what's their secret? Is it the fresh air, lakes and forests? The baby boxes and civil defence bunkers? The libraries with 3D printers that also lend musical instruments? This programme by German channel ARD is part of The European Collection, a joint initiative of European public media (ARD, ARTE, France Télévisions, SSR SRG and ZDF), coordinated by ARTE.
