Are you Stressed? If yes, then this workshop is for you.

On request, I have decided to do a series on Stress management using Therapeutic Art. I will try to do regular workshops where we can see transformation within us.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stress is currently the world’s most pronounced health risk

[1]. Consequences of stress are constant agitation, exhaustion, burnout, helplessness, fear, and eventually a weak immune system or even organ damage

[2]. The inability to cope with stress is a risk factor for various epidemiological significant illnesses: cardiovascular, muscular or skeletal diseases, depression or anxiety disorders

Studies have shown that most people who try art as a form of therapy or stress relief have experienced significant reductions in their cortisol levels when doing so by increasing Happy Hormones.

Lets say together - GET OUT STRESS, I FEEL CALMER and RELAXED, there is no place for you anymore.

Note: Keep a pen/pencil/marker and plain paper/sheet with you
