You've probably also noticed how rapidly many facets of our lives have become internet-based and heavily filled with online services in recent months. Increasingly blurring the line between work and family life, study and rest. So that maybe takes its toll slowly on your mental and physical health. Luckily, there are several approaches that help cope with information overload, also referred to as digital detoxification.
