“I need you”, “cannot live without you” or “you complete me” are among common expressions people tell each other in relationships to express their love, commitment, and devotion to each other.
We feel so good to hear them and know that we are needed and wanted by someone and it gives us meaning and motivation. Do we ever wonder though, to what extent is this sense of need important and healthy?
Is the need the same as co-dependency or separate? Can it become obsessive or can we keep it at a healthy level where we can function on our own without that other person in our life?
Please check out the following video link below for the event.

What are your thoughts on this? Let’s have a meaningful discussion and hear everyone’s perspective and experiences in an open, honest and respectful way and gain some insight from both men's and women’s views.
We will start the event with some short but meaningful videos that will give us some things to think about. We will then have breakout rooms and later share our main thoughts in the main room.
Hope to see you there!
