Live and Love as an Expat – Efficient Tools for Self Discovery!

Greetings friends,

I want to thank you again for choosing to participate in my events!

This event is dedicated to self discovery. As the subject of self discovery is way too broad to be covered into one session, I decided to contain it somehow and refer to it from two beneficial resources: art therapy and points of you.

What we’ll do during the event: I will briefly introduce you to some theories about the complexity of human interaction and then I will present two important tools many professionals use with their clients. While they are fantastic, keep in mind that they are for self discovery only while being limited in benefits when it comes to complex mental issues that require psychiatric help.

IMPORTANT: this event needs your ACTIVE PARTICIPATION as I do not just want to present tools but also to listen to your perspective, what worked for you, if you ever worked with a professional that used art therapy and/or points of you etc. If you believe you are too shy or an introvert or you just don’t want to share things, please take into consideration that this event might not be the right one for you.

DISCLAIMER: we will not get into deep personal issues and no one is asked to share such information, but I will want us all to actively engage in the conversation.
