Moving with Confidence
Confidence is about believing in yourself, your abilities and ideas. It is also about understanding and accepting yourself for who you; being proud of yourself. In this class, we will explore our confidence through movement and breath. As we flow in and out of different asanas we will observe our thoughts and feelings – are we being critical of ourselves? Do we give ourselves praise? Are we feeling insecure or frustrated by any particular pose? Observing ourselves without judgement is the key to self discovery. Please have a yoga strap or belt for the class.
