Yoga with Love
Valentine's day is around the corner. In this practice we will focus on self love. You are your own Valentine! We'll then settle into our Sunday groove with a graceful flow practice focused on pairing breath with movement.
Please have a yoga mat (or large towel) and strap or belt for this class.
