Class for Yoga Newbies

Are you interested in yoga but not sure where to start? Think you aren't flexible enough to join (you are!!). If you answered yes, then this beginner yoga class is the class for you! In this slow, gentle flow class, we will practice a standard sun salutation and will learn a few basic yoga poses, taking each pose step by step. We'll also discuss how practicing yoga can improve your mental and physical health.
Please have a yoga mat or large towel and a yoga strap or belt for the class.
