Yoga for Flexibility

Are you a great runner but can't touch your toes or a person sitting behind your laptop all day who feels pain in your lower back? If yes, then this class is for you. We'll practice in a slow paced class focused on stretching out many of the commonly tight areas of the body to improve overall flexibility.
Please have a yoga mat or large towel, some yoga blocks or a stack of books and a yoga strap or belt for the class.
