Are you interested in trying yoga but not sure where to start? If yes, this class is absolutely for you! We will start from the very beginning. I will explain how the different aspects of yoga can help calm the nervous system and allow you to begin rewiring your brain ever so slightly. We will practice a few easy poses and I will walk you step by step through every movement as well as explaining how to integrate your breath with the movements to achieve the best result for your mind and body. I will teach you the best poses to reduce stress and anxiety that you can practice on your own.
Please have a yoga mat or large towel and a yoga strap or belt for the class.
