Suryanamaskar Sun Salutations Physical Event

Dear Members! I invite all of you to an invigorating & eye opening session of Suryanamaskar ( Yog) physical on 19 Feb. Suryanamaskar or giving Sun Salutations through posture of Yoga is an ancient form of Yogic Activity which is wholesome, holistic & beneficial for mind, body & soul. Doing it early in the morning outdoors or while getting sunlight in the morning gives an extra boost to your body. We invite all of you to understand the background, method & benefits of the 12 Asanas in the cycle and do it during the workshop. Indian Yoga teacher will guide you through it. It is a physical activity for Internation Members only. Yoga mats will be provided. You are requested to wear comfortable clothes in order to do Suryanamaskar
